"Terribly run down. Loud. Lights shining in our room. Bathroom fixtures coming off the wall. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pot smoke rolling under the connecting room door.
Pool closed.
But, staff were nice and efficient…they just didn’t have much to work with. And, I never do reviews."

"Love this resort. Water Taxi was closed during our stay. I loved the shuttle, pools and restaurants. It was a nice visit from Alaska. I personally wished that laundry was also at the resort and marina. The gym was a decent size. The refillable water jug at the gym had to be refilled frequently during our stay. I scored the amenities a 4 due to requesting the staff to put another water jug in the gym(seemed like it was just an 2 gallon jug) and laundry on the marina. "

"Amazing beachfront views, sunrises and sunsets. Clean room. Great restaurants and shops right across the street. Pinky’s decor was neat and food really good. Cafe inside hotel had delicious grab and go coffee & food. Need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, need to fix broken elevator and the floor of the one working elevator. Staff all pleasant. Would stay here again. "

"Too basic and old hotel for the price. It was clean and with comfortable bed, linens and towels were good. Sink faucet had not water preassure, merely a pencil thick stream, bath tub faucet was detached from wall. Window wooden curtains were new and modern but didn't stop exterior light from entering the room. "

"The staff was amazing well valetet and the bellsman. Tbis was my first visit to South Carolina so im trying not to be judgemental when i say this, I was absolutely charged at the extreme price even after booking through expedia. The lady at the fronq desk told me $890 was for incidentals after i was already cjarges $800 plus through expedia and told i only owed resort fees at Wild Dunes. I am so disappointed with this visit"
