"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"I was super grateful for the very early check-in. Parking was free and easy. Location is fine but exterior of property is definitely lacking visually. One elevator out of commission and the other very badly worn signage. Push a button. See what happens. Room was a great size. Very comfy and clean bed. No air conditioning. Hadn’t been turned on yet. Room was hot even with the window open. Food left in mini fridge and garbages from previous occupant. Ceiling collapsing in bathroom. Shower head...

"Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town."

"We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well."

"Have a desk clerk to require arty of 8 adults and numerous preteens from being so noisy that we could not have a conversation with our granddaughter ( their allergies were so bad that going outside did not help. The hotel would have been better if the toilets were higher and meant for seniors and adults. The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip."
