"Entrance is blocked off with no signage to tell you to enter through what says is the exit. Staff didn't bother to tell us about the $10 credit to our room the 1st night, and when we found out on the 2nd night FROM THE SAME STAFFER THAT CHECKED US IN THE 1ST NIGHT, they did nothing about it. Pay for parking, pay a deposit, AND a 'destination fee'? This isn't an island beach..its a downtown city building."

"This place is ok. NOISY. You can hear everything. Other rooms, and especially in the hall way. Bed was ok, but should be replaced soon. And the pillows. Was it ok? Yes. Would I stay there again if I had another choice? No."

"I booked this stay expecting a relaxing getaway based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. During my visit, the hotel was extremely overcrowded with large groups of teenagers, and there was no prior notice given. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities. The pool and hot tub were consistently packed with kids, even late into the night, which made it impossible to relax or use the facilities we specifically chose this hotel for. I was also frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding charges. Upon arrival, I was charged $75 without any explanation from the front desk, and later noticed an additional $43 charge that I did not authorize and still do not understand. Clear communication about fees should be standard. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I left feeling disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again unless there are improvements in crowd control, communication, and guest experience."
