"The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop). "The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area with access to publication transportation and restaurant. The hotel itself is in an old building with some remodeling done about 5-6 years ago. The room was remodeled OK, but the lobby and elevators were kind of old. Our stay worked out well overall. One thing to note is that they charge us for the use of bottle water (2 euro each).
