"Booked two rooms. First night stay was awful, water dripping kept us awake all night. Went down to reception at 3am to address issue as was on a tour most of the following day. Asked to have it either repaired or sorted before we returned. When arrived back at following day as expected nothing had been coordinated even though there was a record of the previous nights event. "A quiet spot in Sheikh Jarrah, amidst the hectic bustle of east Jerusalem. Great location, with easy walking distance to the Old City (5 minutes), Salahaddin street (2 minutes), Mamilla Mall (10-15 minutes), Yafo Street (10 minutes). Breakfast is basic but good quality.
