"Nice hotel with helpful staff. Onsen is nice. Built more for the INAEM experience that Hakodate tourism, but Hakodate is not big and can be manageable by tram or bus."

"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."
