"Honest opinion - good value hotel for NYC. Convenient location - 2 blocks from subway. Front desk was very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was decent and filling. Opportunity for improvement - rooms should be available at check-in time. Shouldn't have to wait for them to be cleaned. I understand this is probably due to understaffing, but a client is paying for a room from time of check-in until they checkout. They've paid for the room to be available at the posted check-in time."

"Good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable although my husband complained about the hard bed. My only suggestion would be to add more light to the hallways. I spent too much time fumbling in the poor lighting for my key card. I’m not a fan of most hotel free breakfasts. The selection is limited for those with dietary restrictions. Some non dairy options could help."
