"This was rated as a 3-star hotel in Japan. However, it would be a 5-star property in the USA. I have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the finest hotels I have ever visited. Exceptionally well managed, with a wonderful staff, I will definitely be back!"

"We booked the panoramic king room with lounge access. It was a pleasant stay with the room newly renovated. The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! Its definitely more worthwhile to book a room with lounge access than one without. The heating in the room quite warm so we opened the balcony window throughout the night. The water pressure is...
