"Very difficult to reach the rooms- it’s in a residential building, 3rd floor. No one is there to help with luggage which needed to be dragged over several steps then an old elevator. The room was clean. Amenities very basic. Overall not a bad option if you don’t have heavy luggage."

"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cinque Terre. The location is excellent — just a 3–4 minute walk from the train station, making it very easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. "If you want a room with a view, this is a great place. The staff was very helpful, met us at the train station to help guide us to the office to check in. During check in they give you a map and help how you how to get around the area and to the other cities."

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea.
Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good.
Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...
