"I stayed in the Kai tower, the beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly and the place was spotless. Multiple pools and hot tubs. No need to pay extra for a cabana by the pool was a big plus. Food and drinks at the pool cafe hit the spot. Live music at night was a plus. Conveniently located too. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach!"

"This place is somewhat tough to review. It had pluses and minuses. Room was decent in the renovated tower. Our AC went out after several days and we had to change rooms as they were unable to fix it. We had an 18 month old with us and having to pack up the room to move, only to have to repack again upon checking out. They did wipe out the charge for a days rent on the cabana by the pool.
