"The staff was accommodating and welcoming. They accommodated our request for early check-in. Special shout out to Kusal! Kusal was professional and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was great… gave us all the options to get our day of adventures started off correctly. The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice. Many options for TV viewing including Netflix’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Even lovelier views than expected, and kind and helpful staff all around. Loved how easy they made it to travel with pets; one-time fee and very welcoming to dogs with home-baked treats at the front desk. Nice to have coffee in the lobby in the AMs. Only minor inconvenience was that there’s one microwave on the 3rd floor, versus in-room, but appreciated having mini fridge and electric kettle in room. WiFi not extremely strong/fast but still sufficient for video calls. Had a really cozy stay...

"A great hotel! Rooms were cozy and clean. We requested extra pillow and towels and they came immediately. The gentleman at host services was really great. Full breakfast included, guest laundry room, snacks available. The beds are so comfy. Microwave and refrigerator in room. A great stay!"
