"• This 5-star hotel offers a stunning, remote location, high-quality rooms, excellent dining, and great amenities.
• However, it falls short of its brand standards due to inconsistent staffing, poor check-in service, inadequate sunbed capacity, and unreliable room maintenance.
• While the property has significant potential and helpful management, it currently struggles with basic operational issues that require improvement.
On the whole however, it's a lovely hotel. But basics need a little work and they get them right, with the location and general room quality, this could an amazing place."
