We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.

Staff here are so friendly and service was great. Fabian took time to talk to us in the mornings, he was welcoming and kind. Mario at the Italian restaurant was funny and kind, and provided great service as well. Everyone did a great job, and work so hard. The accommodations are clean and the building is also clean throughout. We had a small issue with our room that came up mid way through our trip, but we were moved right away and there were no other problems. Thanks for a great stay.

With the elite package, food was amazing and plentiful. Easy to book Al a carte restaurants. Had some issues with one of the housekeepers, but it was rectified with one phone call. The other housekeeper was amazing. Resort is a bit rundown but clean.
