Me recibieron bien, más sin embargo me di cuenta que el hotel es viejo, las habitaciones no están modernas, las sabanas son muy delgadas para taparse y por lo tanto da mucho frío al dormír, les falta que se actualicen y hagan mejoras en el hotel.

While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. No other service provided with it. One of the receptionists was really nice, she tried to make our stay more pleasant even with the downfalls. We had to disconnect the TV to be able charge our phones. The outlets did not work. The small refrigerator did not work also. The room was serviced daily that was nice.

Cash only but good stay.

They sprung that our 8 day stay had to be paid in cash. It said they take credit cards but not from Americans I guess. The bed was extremely hard. We did have a balcony which was very nice and we spent a lot of time on it. Our cleaning lady, Lucy, was amazing. She was very friendly and always tried to make sure everything was okay. We adored her. Carlos the security guard was very friendly and when they were playing loud music upstairs he went and got it turned down. Overall a good experience.

Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal que te recibe con una sonrisa y amabilidad El único detalle que aunque esté solo todo el estacionamiento no te permiten estacionarte ahí si llegas antes de la hora de entrega de habitación y uno anda batallando buscando donde estacionarse mientras te dan el pase de estacionamiento

Staff was rude Our rooms had roaches The staff at the dinning are Palapa Breakfast and Lunch rude if they would assume if you leave a tip they will treat you right but if they assume you would not give a tip they were soo rude the only staff that was great was Palapa Dinner they were awesome

Decepción

Me decepcionó al no poder bañarme con agua caliente, el clima estaba frio y pues se antojaba el agua caliente, la alberca estaba congelada, el cuarto que ocupe los colchones ya ocupaban un cambio, asi que pague dinero extra para el cambio de cuarto, pero de ahí en mas pues esta bien, pero con sinseridad buscare otra opcion para la otra

Malas condiciones

La suite estaba grande como un pequeño apartamento con cocineta y minirefri, habia algunos utensilios para cocinar pero todo olía horrible como a humedad las paredes súper sucias el colchón demasiado muy duro en general el hotel esta en muyalas condiciones ademas que el check inn lo quieren a las 11 y desde que reserve y firme era 12 pm

En general fue bien mi estadía, nos hospedamos en las habitaciones al nivel de la alberca, pero hay mucho ruido temprano por la mañana, debido a que la habitación estaba muy cerca del area de lavandería, los empleados no eran cuidadosos para mantener el volumen bajo y también habia reparaciones en el hotel que empezaban muy temprano por la mañana.
