This was our first time staying here, and overall the experience was a bit uncomfortable. The room layout felt unusual because our room was downstairs but the stairs inside led up to the actual room, which felt a little strange to us.
There were also a few maintenance issues. The doorknob on the restroom door was broken off, and the closets had no lighting, which made it difficult to see our belongings. For a two-day stay, only two towels were provided, which was not very convenient.
Another disappointment was the breakfast. It did not match what was described on the hotel’s website, so our expectations were a bit higher than what was offered.
One positive thing I will say is the location. The hotel is surrounded by many stores and good restaurants, which made it easy to find places to eat and shop nearby.
Overall, with better maintenance and more accurate descriptions of amenities, the stay could be much more enjoyable.
