No water in the pool! No hot water in the room! People rent and live here. They say no smoking but room was full of smoke! The people down stairs fought all night. Man at front dest very nice but a horrible place to stay.

Highly disappointed!! False advertisement!!!

When I walked in to check in it was dark and I couldn’t get any help at the desk for a long time. Finally I called a number and woke the guy up. He comes out and checks us in without even making eye contact then hands us a Roku box and told us the cable was broken so we would have to hook the Roku up to the TV. We didn’t get there until midnight so we were pretty tired. No one really wanted to take the time to hook up the tv. We wake up the next morning with no breakfast and no hot water in the shower. The beds also smelt horrible as did the towels. Idk what they use for detergent but it smells like garlic bread. My significant goes down to let the man know we had no hot water and needed a refund and couldn’t get anyone to the lobby to do so. I called corporate and they said they couldn’t help me because they needed to speak with the person who ran the hotel and no one was at the desk to answer the phone. I literally stood there and watched it ring. Yeaaa!!! This has got to be the worst stay we’ve ever had and we travel a lot.

Wouldn't stay again

Check in took 20-30 min for a person to even show up to check us in (8:00pm Check-in). Took a call to the hotel to get someone there. Once that occurred check-in was easy. Only 1 car in the parking lot which was concerning. Room was ok, you get what you pay for. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean-ish. Shower went from hot to cold, pressure, no pressure frequently. Breakfast was horrendous. Milk was sour, waffles (appeared to be reheat frozen kind) had hair in it. Oranges were rotting and not good. All condiments (cream cheese, bagels, etc) were just open in the fridge or counter. Things lookd in a way that you didn't want to eat. We took one bite, tested the milk almost threw up and left. When attempted to talk to front desk, again no one was there (8:00am). Again you get what you pay for. Room was hospitable, but wouldn't stay there again. Make sure to bring your own food!

Pool not open. Room door sticks. No washcloths. Everything in fridge froze. Had to get roomkwys reactivated after 2nd day even tho we were booked for 3 nights.

Honestly one of the worst I’ve stayed at. The sheets had stains and debris on them, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the room had no curtains so was not dark overnight

You get what you pay for

I will say the photos are outdated. The place is not as nice as the photos. The pool area was out of service and it is an indoor pool with the rooms around it. There was an odor inside the building that I can only describe as an old damp smell. There's no elevator. It's basically an enclosed motel. The room is outdated. The hairdryer didn’t work. I don't think I could have adjusted the water temp in the shower because the knob spun all the way around. Fortunately, the temperature was not too hot or cold. The picture quality of the TV was poor. Not sure if it was the signal or the TV. The room was clean and in my 3 night stay, I did not have them clean the room. I was traveling alone and just needed a place to shower and sleep. I try to eat healthy, so the "breakfast" was disappointing. Sausage, pancakes, cereals, instant oat meal, white bread, plain bagels, OJ, bananas, coffee, and tea. All I ate was a banana with some milk and tea. I wasn't expecting a breakfast I would have at home. One other thing about the breakfast, they served the same thing every morning, and on my last day, I saw them pack up the extra sausage and pancakes in zip lock bags. Not sure what that means. If I was traveling with my girlfriend, I would have not stayed there. It served its purpose.
