"We rented a room, walked in our feet stuck to the floor, the floor was so filthy. I accidentally spilled a bottle of water on the floor, I grabbed their towels and the towels turned absolutely black. Then I wrote them a note as to why their towels were black and they charged me $5 because the fact I dirtied their towels on their floor. The outside was not clean around the motel, the motel room it did have clean sheets but everything else in there left something to be desired including a dirty...

"10 minutes from Dallas and 1/2 the price. The AC worked. The beds were meh. But we’re not talking about the Four Seasons here. Bathroom was a bit dated. But, again, it was for business and showering. So no major knock on it there."

"We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the event place where a family party is to be held. It is also close to restaurants, fast-food joints, and groceries. Check-in was seamless even with our late arrival. The area is quiet and we somehow felt safe. Room is very basic and it seems that the cleaning staff do the cleaning everyday - we requested no cleaning service during our stay because we wanted to have our stuff secured. "Stayed at this hotel last year and had a great experience (standard room). Unfortunately, our stay this year (kitchen suite) was disheartening. Upon check in shower curtain reeked of urine. We discovered dirty diaper behind the couch 3 days into stay which was not removed 12 hours after notifying staff. Front desk and manager were extremely helpful and apologetic in resolving our issues, definitely more of a housekeeping problem. Otherwise, great amenities, area and breakfast."
