"There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."

"I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."

"Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily"

"Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms."

"With so many options, your decision is in the details. It’s a good place to stay for the price. Issues: blackout curtains in our room did not cover the windows completely. As soon as the sun was up so I was I. The AC was not working properly the first night but they did promptly fix it. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for damp towels. A room with 2 queen beds needs more towels and places to hang them. Overall it was a fine place to stay. Beds were comfortable."

"The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip.
