"We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. "Very nice property with modern, fun decor. Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Minus one star for no coffee in the rooms. I understand there is complimentary coffee in the lobby, but only during certain hours. Having to go to the lobby for coffee is inconvenient, and sometimes I want coffee outside the "usual" coffee hours. The staff offered to send an "espresso machine" to the room, however, I don't want espresso and to fuss with a machine. A simple coffee pot in the rooms...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast options were good, the pool was well maintained, and the location made the city easily available to us without using a car. The only suggestion I’d make is to maybe require (and enforce) adult supervision in the pool area as there was a very rowdy unsupervised group of preteens there at one point, which made for a difficult situation."

"Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. "Pleasant check-in; easy check out with Rob, the GM. I was attending a concert at City Winery. I knew The Strip was close by (.2 miles) but was surprised it was really only a 3 minute walk! Felt totally safe walking back after the show. Breakfast was great, but limited. Enough to get me through the day."
