"The main thing I did not like was the additional utility fee of $10 per night. When I booked the hotel I was giving a total price but the hotel did not honor this. The hotel also shown an indoor pool which we found was closed since it had damage. The hotel also reported a coffee maker in the room which did not exist and the bathroom had no soap, shampoo, conditioner, or trash can. The kitchen area also did not have any supplies. The afternoon front desk person was very friendly and was happy to provide a coffee maker and coffee but this should have already been in the room. They probably would have given me soap but I was able to get some from friends in a different room and later found trash cans under the sink. Other than these issues the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice."
