"I was charged for my stay at the hotel after I strongly told them that everything was prepaid. The front desk person was rude and did not seem to care. I had to call expedia for the hotel to refund me. Breakfast was terrible with barely any choice. Scrambled eggs, sausage, no toast with a jit of yogourt. There were kids staying at hotel making noise in the floors and knocking at rooms and rinning into their room. I caught a kid and reported to front desk and apparently he was too busy. I told...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean overall but there was black mole on the wall of the shower/tub. The hot tub was out of service and the pool was so cold I was only able to get in once for a very few minutes. The lack of amenities was very disappointing since they were the primary reason I chose to stay there."

Prior to the arrival date we received 3 messages from The Inn at Whitewing Farm welcoming us and letting us know of all amenities and the fees associated with them nothing else. "Not a great service and staff was not helpful"

"The hotel has charm and a lovely entrance, but our experience as quite negative. We had ordered a K room and were given one on the second floor … but the elevator won’t stop at two! So we climb up the stairs - no sweat - and found our room to be .. lacking. Water seeped out from underneath the toilet when you flushed it, the room was dirty and dingy. The said they’d see about moving us … they could, but they did not have another K room. Okkkk … so we get a new Q rm - worse than the first. Dirty....

"Some negative reviews were not our experience at all. Our room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The linens were of good qualitive, Breakfast was ample and well-presented. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Other guests were amiable. Ours was a fine experience."
