"All was pretty good until I slept in the first queen bed on entry in rm 610. The mattress gave me terrible back pain the first night, so the second night I tried the second bed and had no problem. Hopefully, they acknowledge the mattress does need replacement—as I did inform the staff. Everything else was totally good."

"Everything was good, bed was nice, sheets clean. Bathroom was also fine, not super fond of squirt bottle shampoo etc on the wall as we would rather have individual throw away shampoo bottles although they did have small packaged soap. Breakfast was also good with the usual suspects. My only problem is getting in and out of this hotel which is right on a fast moving expressway type road surrounded by hills which also states that you’re in a possible flood area. Traffic was rough in this and the surrounding area. I got messed up more than once even with Waze directions."

"Check in was a breeze. The staff were all friendly. Unfortunately needed some ibuprofen and they didnt have those type of things at the front desk but it was ok. Didn't try the pool but it was available. I guess hotels dont offer bacon anymore for breakfast so I have to deal with that. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Coffee machine was down to one on our 2nd day. However overall the room was nice and clean. Beds were a tad uncomfortable but I'm pretty spoiled with my bed at home. Decent location. I would stay again in the future."

"La chambre était propre cependant le couvre lit était sale et le bain avait des traces au fond. Le reste très bien la jeune fille a l’accueil très aimable et souriante. La ville de Pittsburgh très propre. L’Hotel est environ à 25 minutes de tout Stade de Foot, de Baseball, de soccer, un magnifique séjour"
