Everyone was very accommodating and it was very easy to communicate with staff via Whatsapp or in person. "I loved this place so much. The room was incredible and the staff was amazing. I was a solo traveler and stayed here for one night. The drive from Levi center was good, it was dark but it was nice and felt safe driving through the snowy roads. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this place."

"Stayed in the igloo glass cabins, very atmospheric, beautiful surroundings. The fire log cabins around the property and hiking trails are excellent. Sled provided was a lot of fun. Overall staff very friendly, reception and breakfast excellent. However, most amenities ( sauna) are not included, which is disappointing considering how expensive the Aurora cabins are. "Eine sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Iglu mit eigenem Whirpool. Das Iglus war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Es hatte alles, was man Brauch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Bei Neuschnee wurde direkt geräumt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!"
