Good stay if you need accommodation for doing Umrah, can take Makkah bus to haram for SAR 4 per person. You have to walk so be prepared. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Thank you for your great service

This hotel stay was a total positive experience. The staff are very helpful people and the hospitality is amazing. The breakfast was better than 5 start hotels. Totally surprised considering the small amount I paid. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Note that it’s 6km from Haram but is much better and cleaner than the hotel I stayed at last year.

This is very nice hotel. We stayed at the family suit and had 3 bedrooms to ourselves without any interruptions. The staff was really nice and helpful people from front desk were always available to guide us. The only thing we weren’t happy about was the bath room door didn’t lock and the shower water came out every time the master bathroom shower was used. These issues can be overlooked when the service is good. The location was nice as well lots of shops and 2 shopping malls nearby. You do have to take Uber or taxi to go to haram but we like calm areas so this was the perfect location for us.
