"The staff was friendly and accomodating"

"The room had a smell to it, not a bad smell but, not a good smell either. I was not able to adjust the thermostat for the a/c. To raise the temperature because it was too cold the heat would come on. The exterior back door to the parking lot did not lock. The room was not like the picture on line. The bathroom was half painted. Not enough seating for breakfast."

"We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice way to start the morning before getting back on the road. One thing to note for future guests is that the hotel has only two floors...

"Got in around 9 off a flight, love the shuttle service Willie is so nice. Was upgraded to a suite and had an amazing rest. It's very clean and very quiet. All the staff are super nice and helpful and the lobby is also beautiful and relaxing."

"The hotel is dated and could use some updating for sure! The sheets were some of the roughest I have ever slept on! The A/C worked well, Thank God because it was HOT out! We didn’t get the room I paid for but the front desk help was Awesome!!"
