Had a 14 night stay the first night we were out in a tiny old somewhat dirty due to the condition room. Complained the next morning and to be fair we were relocated to a better room The photos online were obviously taken many years ago as the hotel is looking tired and in need of a makeover. The staff with the exception of Marcel who went out of his way to help us especially when my watch collection went missing and got them returned from the cleaner who was waiting to see if they were reported missing. The rest of the staff were cold and unfriendly especially the girl on reception who barely said hello and never smiled. The breakfast was eggs eggs or eggs. Ok if your staying one or 2 nights by 14 ! Need a cereal n fruit option. Won’t return again.

El hotel se encuentra en la mejor ubicación de todo Medellín para visitar toda la ciudad, el personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir muy cómodo durante toda tu estancia especialmente Francisco ! Quizás tiene detalles pequeños en el mantenimiento pero se pueden pasar por alto ya que no afecta la estancia ni la comodidad Definitivamente es una excelente opción relación precio-calidad para visitar Medellín

The room was very quiet even though the hotel is in the middle of the nightclub neighborhood, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. But our room flooded, the hot water never worked, and the breakfast included was very small. The manager was not present during our stay, so I have to call back about compensation for our damaged property.

Get what you pay for.

First, the good. It was cheap and the A/C worked well. The bad things..... The mattresses are TERRIBLE. Not much softer than the floor. Only one breakfast option which was scrambled eggs with ham, but it was good. Its advertised to have refrigerator in the room. We stayed here with family and none of the three rooms had a refrigerator. There were supposed to be toiletries in the bathroom but there weren't. When we called to request them, they agreed to bring them to us which they did, but they gave the excuse that we checked in before 3pm as the reason there weren't toiletries in the room. What? Overall it was clean but shows its age and could stand to be updated.

If you're not a morning person, beware!

This was my first time in Medellin, and for the most part I had a good time. This hotel was average at best. Outdated furniture and beds. If you're a person that likes to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. Maybe it was just were my room was, perhaps it was next to the janitor closet but I could hear the cleaning ppl congregating outside my room making noise and awakening me from my slumber. The breakfast was very limited, but I did appreciate that it was cooked to order, and not displayed buffet style. Over all, its not a bad place, It's 2 blocks from the metro, and steps away from the nightlife.

Really noisy

I chose this hotel because it was so close to the metro and the stadium. I wanted a place with aircon and quiet. I would have gone to the Ibis, for about the same price but it was full, alas. I booked for two nights but left immediately after 1, mostly because of noise. There was no window to outside, only to the hallway. There is a meeting room and an event was going on in the evening. The hall noise was bad in general, and horrible during the event. The air con had no controls, simply off and on, and it decided when to work or not. The room got very stuffy when it took a break. The staff was mostly good and as helpful as could be. One of the staff walked me over across the street to the travel agent. The first room I had was tiny, and they moved me graciously. I really cannot recommend the place mostly due to the noise and air con. For the same price, book the Ibis if you can. I have found them reliable anywhere I have been stuck for a clean, quiet, cool and reasonable inexpensive place to stay.

Al llegar al hotel nos comunicaron que no teníamos reservación. Se mostraron los documentos, número de reserva, otros relacionadas con Hoteles.com., pero no tenían nada reservado. Por suerte en la carrera 70 hay múltiples hoteles. El personal nos ayudó a conseguir cerca del hotel Lukas.
