"Great location close to shopping and dining. Our room was very clean, quiet, and well‑equipped for a family. Breakfast was excellent, with rotating hot items and plenty of waffle/oatmeal toppings. Valerie was especially kind and hardworking, keeping everything clean and stocked till the last minutes of breakfast time; 10 AM. The pool was clean and warm (no hot tub). Most staff were friendly, though a few housekeepers felt a bit cold. Housekeeping is offered every other day for 3‑night stays or longer. Free self‑parking felt safe with lots of space even late at night. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we’d happily return."

"This hotel is known to take advantage of locals who have identification that hasn’t been updated with their current, further addresses. They refused reservations and then, though services are not rendered, they refuse refunds. They have done this time and time again, treating people with little respect and less politeness. I will never stay here ever. "

"It was dirty, mold growing in a water damaged bathroom that was not properly repaired. There was something dripping from the ceiling with a bucket to catch the water! Terrible !"

"The motel was pet friendly. She suggested a ground floor room, which we agreed to. There's a nice Veteran's Memorial adjacent to the property. The pool and Hot tub were down for a month of maintenance, which was our second reason for booking there. The information was not on the website or on Expedia. The front desk was kind and arranged for us to go next door to the Clarion for the pool and Hot tub. But it was awkward and we only went once. Overall the room seemed clean, except later we noticed the rug, which was absolutely filthy. We spilled some water and wiped it up, leaving a "clean" spot on the rug, and the towel streaked with black dirt. The room and hotel were quiet. "
