We always reuse towels so that wasn’t an issue, but our trash can could have been emptied. Our stay was okay. Quiet area and it was close to a variety of restaurants."

"Great attentive staff, I cannot stress this enough, from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk and bar staff. However good the employees, the facilities are outdated and deplorable, it smells of cleaning agents both in and out of the rooms. The worst part, getting up at 3am to catch an early flight only to discover there’s no hot water to shower, this is a basic necessity not really negotiable. "The floor was extremely sticky and gross. The shower was not cleaned well. The curtains didn’t close so we had extremely bright room at night. There were several incidents of load banging on the floor above us that was never addressed by staff even though we told them. The breakfast was disgusting."

"this is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. they advertise that they have a pool but the pool has been under construction for 2 years now and we specifically booked it because we wanted a hotel with a pool. also the Wi-Fi was very intermittent. for this reason I only gave it three stars I don't think that a hotel should be allowed to say that they have a pool if they don't and allowed to say they have Wi-Fi and it doesn't work."

"Whilst the proximity to the airport is a plus, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities, supportive staff and overall maintenance. A last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and a long weary day, no shuttle (despite calling the hotel 4 times only to go to voicemail), no F&B offering apart from old salad from the vending fridge, dilapidated bathroom with no amenities or nice touches one would expect from the Hilton chain. "Breakfast was fantastic. The gym area was pretty standard for hotels. Rating 4 stars because the key cards demagnetized every day. It's an inconvenience if you're in a rush or have kids or carrying bags. We were warned about the key cards at check in, so we were aware this could happen. The rooms are not turned down daily. They have a flyer in the room it happens every 3rd day. We stayed for 4 nights and our room didn't get this service at all. I would stay again for the breakfast and location,...

"Very nice and convenient to the city"

"Staff was very nice. Check in was smooth and it was a great quick stay before heading to the airport. They have a shuttle that runs long hours starting at 4am and it was perfect for us since we had an early morning flight! Would stay again and recommend to family and friends"

"Loved the location close to downtown Beverly, and a short drive to Salem. What was the best though was being able to have a short walk to the beach! The space was clean, and was great for a one night getaway."

"Rooms were clean. Only one elevator working for the three days we were there. This hotel is the”go to” for large groups. There were at least two different groups of teens there at the same time as us. May want to book somewhere else if you are looking for quiet."
