"Great room,.perfect location for when you want ro go out"

"The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just...

"Arrived very late, we thought we would struggle to both check in process but instructions given prior were very simple, the apartment was very clean modern tidy, very good location . The bed was comfortable we had a little kitchen and all that’s needed but we didn’t get to use the facility. "

"I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review...

"Hallo An und für sich ein super Hotel, Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht und ein Techniker kam auch nicht obwohl wir es gemeldet haben, aber ein paar Tage ohne Fernseher ist auch nicht schlimm. Die beschriebene Minibar war in unserem Zimmer nicht vorhanden, meine Schwester hatte ein in ihrem Zimmer eine aber die kühlte nicht ordentlich, wäre für sie wichtig gewesen da sie ihr Insulin einkühlen musste. Zum Glück hatte ich meine transportable Kühlbox mit, Das Zimmer war sonst echt toll,...

"Struttura vicina al centro e ben organizzata. Camere pulite e ben sistemate, un po' piccole, ma tutto sommato funzionali al tipo di vacanza. La colazione non proprio abbondante per quello che noi italiani mangiamo a colazione: niente cornetti, latte caldo, caffè espresso, torte, yogurt..."

"Hotel ligt in een voetgangerszone met veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Aan de achterzijde van het hotel is er parkeergelegenheid voor een standaard personenwagen. Goed ontbijt en lekker bier uit eigen brouwerij. De proevertjes zijn zeker een aanrader. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. De kamers aan de voorzijde van het hotel kunnen wel wat last ondervinden van het weekendleven kwestie van geluidshinder. Kamers perfect in orde met gratis water, koffie en thee."

"Well maintained and well equipped hotel perfectly located in Katowice downtown. Staff was very friendly resulting in a warm welcome and nice stay. The hotel offered reasonably priced parking. The room was slighly noisy (or neighbours extremely loud)."

"Great stay in Katowice! Location was great for walking and taking public transit. The room was very nice with a clean bathroom and fluffy big towels. We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!"

"The location is perfect, close to the shops, malls & public transport. Although the apartment is along the main road but the inside is quiet. The room we rented is on the 2nd floor & has no lift. Good thing we only have small baggages. All the basic amenities are available. The shuttle they offer from the airport & back is of good price. The owner is considerate to let us stay until 12:00 although the check-out is at 11:00. Highly recommended."

"The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around."
