"The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is ok and free. There are plenty restaurants around. Most rooms have a great view to Mount Si. Breakfast is good and well stocked with options. "Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"I stayed in a king room and there is no real bathroom counter to speak of. There is just a 3-inch wide shelf that runs the width of the wall along the sink mirror. While the location of the hotel is good, the room is vastly overpriced for what you get. Also I needed to checked out a a whole day early (I had paid for a 7 night stay) and they would not offer any refund."

"The breakfast was great! The location was perfect to visit all the local attractions! The waterfront shuttle was a plus, with a stop located just outside the hotel! No uber needed to the space needle, Piles Market, aquarium, waterfront, ferry terminal and both stadiums! The waterfront shuttle made stops at all!"
