"We booked a King suite and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, large 4 piece ensuite. There is a lovely lounge area with a number of cozy rooms to sit in and socialize. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bruges."

"I stayed in a basic room, which was quite sufficient for my needs. I chose to opt out of housekeeping visits and was given a token for a free drink on each of the days. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but it looked very nice and was well used by other guests. The reception staff were very friendly and I used the luggage room on my last day after checkout."

"A nice place to stay for a couple of days in Ghent. The hotel is in a beautiful building with a nice view of the gardens through the bedroom window. It's convenient for the main tourist sites of the city, about ten minutes walk to the heart of the historic centre of town.We were a little disappointed to discover that the room had no safe, which is pretty standard in most places, which meant that we had to carry out passports etc around with us at all time. The only other issue that we had was that they were less than generous with the toiletries in the bathroom, one small bottle of shower gel between two people really isn't enough, and where other hotels may have apologised and gave us another bottle, reception wanted two euros for an extra bottle, so we popped into town and picked up a far larger bottle for about the same price."

"I wish I could give more stars to this property. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The hotel is immaculate. The staff was top notched. The spa and amenities were amazing after a long day of walking, touring Ghent. The breakfast was wonderful. Honestly, just a wonderful experience. Highly, highly recommend."
