"This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely."

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. "The location is great, situated at the northern side of the old city close to the Kasbah and the coast. A warm welcome on arrival and similar throughout the stay. Excellent breakfast too and a great roof terrace with 365 degree view of beautiful Rabat."

"The hotel is currently going through comllete renovation but nothing is mentioned on Accor app. No proper lobby at ground floor, lobby on first floor with outdated dirty carpet in a darkened room. The bar and the restaurant are definately not as they are showcased in the photos. Finally, as there is no soundproofing in the room, impossible to sleep. Noise from the street, from the rooms next to ours or above and during the day noise from the construction team renovating. In summary, avoid this...

"Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni perfetti. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La camera era spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione ottima e abbondante e ottime le cene (che sono a parte ma la location merita🙂). Piscina carina e pulita, ben attrezzata compatibilmente con lo spazio a disposizione. Bravi!"
