"Found hair on the bed and in the shower, which was disappointing. Despite requesting cleanliness, all I received was a clean sheet. Check-in experience was extremely unpleasant due to the staff. The highlight was the private island, but overall, staying at this property wasn't worth it."

Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying ..."
