Amazing hotel....in the middle of jungle. The staff were great and our room was updated and super clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, continental as well as full English. We were well looked after and would definitely return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the team but Special thanks to koko (restaurant manager and chef i do not recall his name) and Padma Butler team and manager for their wonderful cheerful service. They made our romantic dinner by the bamboo special and...

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

Newly opened villa in Ubud which turned out very comfortable for me and my family. Suitable for those looking for luxury amidst tranquility. Rooms are equipped with complete and new facilities, and one things that I really like is they have spacious swimming pool and it is surrounded by a refreshing green view. Also, the staffs are very warm and helpful, foods also have excellent variants and so tasty. Of course will come back here to stay longer soon!

Alila Ubud is a heaven on earth. Located in the raw jungle, quiet, comfortable, the best for the relax and romantic getaway. Infinity pool is absolutely amazing, food is great and healthy, service is exceptional. We enjoyed spa relaxation, walking around the hotel territory, and as a bonus, wild monkeys came to our balconies and we enjoyed such an exotic company! Absolutely loved, best vacation ever!

Beautiful location and resort, fantastic service, complimentary foot massage, water bottles and shuttle service to ubud. Beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking views. Loved it

A beautiful hotel, incredible pool villa and the most wonderful friendly staff. Shuttle service to ubud or taxis are c£5 each way. Breakfast and dinner options are great. Would highly recommend as a fabulous five star resort.

The hotel is super clean and staff very professional. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing and the room very big with a nice view on jungle . My only issue would be the quality of massage of the spa , that does not reflect its price . I had asked for deep tissue but it seemed like a normal massage. Ive done much better massages in bali for much less. Also the breakfast service was great, but the standard of the food did not reflect standard of hotel. But food is still good . Overall the...

Staying at the Emana Akatara hotel was truly wonderful. The room was so spacious, beautiful and clean and very relaxing. The pool area was relaxing and wonderful - and right next to the bar, so you can easily order drinks and snacks. However was really sets the hotel apart from anywhere else is the FANTASTIC staff, who all wanted to make sure you have the best time and made me feel so welcome. They are the most lovely young people I’ve meet in a very long time. They really represent Balinese...

We had a lovely stay at Puri Sebali resort. The staff were very friendly on our arrival and we were given a welcome drink before being shown to the room. The room was very comfortable and on the whole very clean apart from an empty sugar packet left on the floor and a couple of stains on the bed sheets. The staff at the restaurant were very nice but the food was just ok. The hotel offers a shuttle service into Ubud - a pleasant surprise was when the staff offered to drive us personally to a...

The Royal Pitta Maha is a resort that is owned by the King in Ubud, its breathe taking views make you feel blessed to witness such exhilarating views. I live in a city and never really get to see natural beauty and the resort had all those things I imagined. I went with my two children and wanted them to experience somthing different so they could widen their horizen and thats exactly what this place did to them. My sons are 8 and 11, all they wanted to do was stay at the resort and swim in the...

We stayed for three nights in April and found it hard to tear ourselves away. This is the place to come if you want a quiet peaceful retreat in the middle of the most beautiful hillside plantation. The views are spectacular, the pool is incredible and the food is very good. The staff are exceptional.... they are so friendly and helpful and make you feel completely at ease and relaxed. The hotel offers daily free shuttles to local sightseeing spots such as the hot springs, waterfalls and...

Swastiastu! Everything was top notch - the food, the people, the hospitality and the ambience. The spa was superb and the daily Balinese activities a fun way to learn some culture. The live performances especially were a standout. The whole resort is a mesh between traditional Balinese design with batiks, the Ramayana love story, and contemporary elements. We recommend wholeheartedly without hesitation.

The staff were so lovely, really helpful and the facilities on site are also amazing! The food was really nice and the rooms are really modern, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking the villa if you are going to be staying here! Only downside water in shower was slightly cold!

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful resort...clean modern good food..staff awesome..thankyou for a perfect holiday

This is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed.

This hotel is total paradise. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Happy hour at the hotel bar was great (try the lime daiquiri) and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend the waffles! We had a garden suite and our room was beautiful, fantastic attention to detail and we would leave our room for 10 mins and come back and someone would have already been in to make the bed and change towels etc! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service into the centre and back which is...

Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back.

It was an excellent experience! We were greeted with their staff upon arrival and we were kindly shown around the Dining corner in the restaurant located in the resort and then we were taken to our one bed private villa and pool, and given a 'Happy Honeymoon' cake which was delicious! The staff are so kind and very respectful and caring to our needs. Once we had left our villa, we would come back to our room looking spectacular, bed tidied, shampoos and soaps replaced, fridge topped up with...
