Location and price was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was good all round, the only issue I experienced was the hot water was mildly warm on the one morning… not quite sure what happened there.

My phone, hair colouring disappeared from my room, and my wallet was also touched as my cards werent in the same spots/upside down Im very ocd and leave things in certain places, to test housekeepers and this happened

I did like the apartment it was clean and the view was excellent. It had all the conveniences you would expect but emptying your own rubbish before you leave was a first. The reception staff need a good shake up like wearing a uniform may help and better communication would be good.

The apartment is very tired looking - needs a renovation. The furniture was grubby and the bed was like sleeping on a rock with springs making noises when you moved.

We had a fantastic night stay. We had last minute change of plans and had to stay in Melbourne so it was a very last minute 9.30pm booking and it was no problem. Very easy quick booking and check in with friendly staff at front desk. Apartment was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable. We left again by 6am so didn't get to experience much of the hotel but what we did we were very happy. 10/10

Space wise and design it was very good size. But carpet floors, furniture was very dirty and so stinky, some of appliances were broken. when we told them just, they said we fix it ASAP, but they never did.

We enjoyed the views, sadly traffic train noise kept us awake. We had an emergency and had to leave one day early, staff advised because we used Expedia there would be no refund . Very disappointing

Great location and value for money, good facilities, and friendly staff. Water maintenance was being done during our stay so water in bathroom was a bit brown and the dishwasher was out of order. Dusty in places but overall clean. Good views from our floor and good location, easy check in, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Railway and nearby roads and construction work were noisy but to be expected.

Property is walking distance to casino and marvel stadium and most city sights. Room is quite small being a superior room no tv in the bedroom and the bed was two single beds pushed together and very uncomfortable.

Nicely updated, clean and safe. Our o ly problem was a very strong floral smell that made it difficult to sleep. They need to lighten up on the spray, could be a health hazard. The desk was often to busy to answer questions or respond to your needs. Should have 2 people at all times.

This hotel was filthy. Stains all over walls, carpet, ceiling and furniture. Mould throughout bathroom - very very disappointing. Great location though.

Despite check in being at 2pm, when we arrived at 3.30pm our room was still not ready. There weee also others sitting in the lobby waiting for their rooms. There was also a couple whose bags had gone missing. This was all very stressful on everyone involved.

Awesome location & nice clean beds - could do with a coat of paint & new window furnishings - but comfortable enough for our two night stay :-) Bit noisy with trains and traffic but fantastic access to public transport, dining, shopping, & casino.

The location was good but there was no phone in the room. The bed should have had a mattress on top of the base. It was missing. There was an issue with the air conditioniner as it was slow cooling. They do not provide assistance with the luggage. There were numerous cracks in the washroom sink.

Was not told of the room deposit needed for bond on top of payment. Most accommodation services just hold your creditcard details and not a deoosit as well. I have had issues recieving it bacl despite there being no damage to the room. The rooms have poor sound proofing and, some of my amneties did not work. This place looks better via the photos than it actually is and, is located in quite a dodgy part of the city. It should be rated 2 to 3 star, not 4.

Loved the convenient location, but the area itself isn't great. It's very noisy, which is understandable because of it's location. Carpets in the hallways could use a clean/replace and some new paint. The room didn't look as lovely as the pictures.

Started rough but it’s a great place!
When we first got to Aura our room wasn’t cleaned and that put our day out by 2 hours, but once everything was sorted it’s a great place to stay! If only it had a pool!
