The room was cold throughout, not sure heating was available but it appears to be the case across much of Australia and New Zealand. I will caution travellers if you arrive early, there is no one in reception to take your luggage so that you can check in later(I stood outside for about half an hour), I was booked for a shared apartment which I knew ahead of time (the bedroom doors don’t have keys), someone opened my door at about 5am, they would have to have known they were in a shared apartment (I received 2 emails and I would think they got the same), finally, I was not provided with wi fi information so I really don’t know if wi fi is available. The floor is carpet and your guess is as good as mine in terms of how clean carpets can be. I was a solo traveller, I will say this accommodation would be great for groups travelling on a budget. The location is 20 minutes walk to Melbourne Central and good dining options close by. My main concern, it’s almost impossible to reach anyone and the phone number popping up through Expedia never worked. I would personally not return to this place but it could be a great option for youngsters travelling in a group on a budget
