The staff were lovely and the rooms were cheap. There was no elevator and everything looked old and in desperate need of fixing up. The bath/shower was frankly dangerous to get in and out of.

Great spot

We wanted a plain hotel stay when we went to a concert in Melbourne, so this was fantastic, walking distance to margaret court arena and eateries, the bloke on the front desk was so helpful and very freindly, i would recommend it for an inexpensive stay in Melbourne.
