Lanbruk is a small, quiet and well equipped apartment hotel. Brilliant for Epworth Hospital. Trams out the front. Sadly, Bridge Rd has seen better days, but plenty of cafes, some really good shopping, supermarket handy for the apartment kitchen. Train just around the corner. A really handy location for a stay in Melbourne.

We'll be back!
Friendly staff, seamless check-in and great location. The property is beautifully maintained. One of my pet observations after a 40+ year career in hospitality was the cleanliness of the crockery, cutlery and polished wine glasses. Doesn't always happen in serviced apartments.. Well done team Lanbruk. Dining on the balcony and looking over the city skyline was magic!

Personal preference, but the mattress was too soft. In the street side level 2 room the street traffic was audible throughout the night making sleep difficult for light sleepers. If young children are in the room above, you will hear them running up and down from an early hour, through the floor. Room finishes were smart. Very good bathroom amenities. Friendly cafe owner. Close to the CBD with good transport connections.

Can't Fault It
An amazing stay at Lanbruk Richmond Hill! Such a great little hotel, with a really spacious room and beautiful, modern amenities. Check in was super smooth, even though I arrived after hours, and the staff were lovely. Can't fault my stay here, it was convenient and a great experience.

We loved the location of this property. Beds could have been a little longer for a 6.5 person & the shower head was a little small - but overall very happy to recommend this property

Everything was great. Room was nice. Check in smooth. Only issue was I had to kill several ants in the bed. Not sure if that was an anomaly or what.

A pleasant stay, I'd choose it again.
Very convenient location for me. A pleasant room with comfy bed and all amenities as described, clean and in good condition. I appreciated the dishwasher being part of the kitchen, also a coffee pod coffee maker with sufficient pods. There was some road noise in the day as my room was at the front, but it was quiet at night. There was a small cafe downstairs serving breakfast if wanted (pay separately). The roof balcony was appreciated too- a good space for when the weather is a bit warmer.

We have stayed at the Lanbruk on four occasions now both in the two bedroom apartment and the studio. The location is perfect for access to the City and MCG/tennis centre you can walk to either or tram into city in a few minutes. The rooms are always immaculate and the staff are very helpful and friendly. All rooms are equipment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Royal Melbourne Real Tennis Club is a 2 minute walk from the hotel so perfect location for me. Good shopping and excellent coffee shops on the doorstep. Lovely little boutique hotel where I will definitely stay again

I can’t fault the Lanbruk. We were welcomed by cheerful and attentive staff. Room was clean, stylish and very comfortable, well equipped for a few days’ stay. Plenty on offer within walking distance. Extra points for the lobby cafe! Recommend and would return.

Was in town for business so didn't spend much time at the property, however, I would definitely stay here again. Communication was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and had everything I needed. And it was easily accessible on Public transport.

Thoughtfully presented with mini kitchenette. Unfortunately the studio backed onto the loading bay at the Epworth hospital. Noisy with trucks up until 11pm and then again from 4am. Deprived of a good nights sleep.

Excellent place to stay in good condition and close to CBD and Richmond areas. Tram service very handy. Can hear a bit too much road noise at night only real negative. Very helpful and friendly reception.
