The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and you're in a nice quiet location with surrounding bushland. "The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The shower was nice and the water was hot. The environment outside the room was quiet. The only downside was the water dripping outside a couple of the rooms. Definitely a trip/slip hazard for people who have mobility issues.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and close to southern cross railway station. Free tram zone just around the corner. A quick ride to Bourke Street Mall and shops and...

"We called less than 24 hours before our stay to specifically ask about the pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were closed for repairs. The room was outdated and run down - for almost $200/night I expected a much nicer place. Walls crumbling, threadbare carpet, sliding door didn’t close properly, no plug for bathtub and it only could be filled by running the shower, very strong room air freshener, and onsite restaurant had poor service and mediocre food."

"I was only at this property for about 12 hours as I was travelling It was so convenient to walk to station to get sky bus to airport.
