"Property was clean, staff were very polite and helpful. Property is aging though, chips to paint and corners, tiling grout discoloured. Gym was probably one of better hotel gyms I’ve seen and used. Would stay again for the price"

"The staff were excellent, both upon check-in and checking out. No issues with storing luggage. The room was a tad dated. No reading lamps next to the bed as pictured, toilet roll holder fell onto the floor and also located at an angle you couldn't reach it. While the room had a window, it does not open so air conditioning is the only option. Gym amenities were excellent. Good treadmills, elipticals, bicycles and weights. The location is what sells this place, right opposite the station."

"If car parking is essential, this hotel is the only one you want to stay. Forget the rest in Melbourne CBD. For those parking is not essential, I would suggest look for others especially for ladies. I don’t understand why there is no power point next to mirror for hair dryer or straightener. When there is only one mirror in the room. “If this is not important to you, this hotel is good”"
