"Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only issue was the functioning of the controls in sink and shower. It is not intuitive. Took me forever to figure out the shower. Also we learned that Portugal hotels require your passport info. Faro also wanted 2€ each person in cash for City Tax. Expedia should add this to the room cost. "

"Fast check in. Very polite and professional lady on reception, who spoke perfect English, and helped me with my Portuguese. The room was nice and surprisingly quiet. And the air conditioning unit was super efficient. The rooms and hotel are kept super clean. A previous customer's milkshake had been left in the fridge, but you only had to look how clean everything was, to realise that was a slight oversight. Tea/coffee in room, fridge, very good shower. "Very short overnight stay as landing late at Faro airport. Self check in to a very comfortable room with a great shower. Staff were extremely friendly and a lovely portuguese breakfast was provided. "It was farther away from the airport that expected, so the Uber/Taxi rides we expensive. However, the property was wonderful!! Everything was clean and the staff were very quick to offer help, even without being asked. I would stay there again, in a minute! Or the next time in the area, which was beautifully quiet! I opened my window when making tea and was serenaded bird songs !"
