"We stayed 5 days/4 nights and never had our room cleaned during our stay. We had to ask the front desk twice and call housekeeping just to get a few clean towels. Despite varying our breakfast time between 7:30-9:00, the breakfast options were slim; most things were gone and not replaced and the pancake machine was out of service all but one of the days."

"I have stayed here before so naturally when a Savannah trip came up, this was the place. No, it is not right downtown, which is ok cause it's crowded down there. You will find the friendliest staff anywhere. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is a nice addition, and the breakfast is great, especially JANE, who takes care of it every morning. Convenient to all your needs."
