Cari Motel di Melrose Park

"Unsafe area, dirty and uncleaned rooms. People’s hair all over the floor, all rooms (even non-smoking) smell like smoke, there wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, only sheets. And the sheets had cigarette burnt holes in them. I felt gross even being on the bed so I laid some of my clothes out so I could sleep on TOP of them so as not to touch the sheets. The walls are so thin and I could hear EVERY car pass by, every person outside, and the people above me (who by the way, were VACUUMING at 11pm...

"The parking lot is very dark behind the building smells like weed behind the building in the building. In the rooms, blog and carpet was dirty bathroom had mold. What can I say at least? I didn't get bed bugs"

"Well we need to upgrade our TVs and remote controls in the rooms, also people at the front desk should have some kind of way to fix the TVs or have extra remote controls that actually do work not just maybe one or two that's in there you know possession at the front desk and those two remote controls obviously need to be replaced as well. Obviously the smoke controls with the front desk does not work for every TV"

"The room was clean, but it seemed neglected. For example, there was no running water in the bathroom sink. Overall, it was okay for a quick one-night stay, but for the price, I expected something a little better, especially since it’s located about 30 minutes outside downtown Chicago. 2.5/5"

"If you are looking for a place to sleep over one night, this motel is fine. We stayed for 4 nights for a wedding. Our room didn't have a closet or even a hook to hang our clothes on, We had to lay out wedding clothes on and over a couch. They had an iron in the office, but no board, so we had to iron our clothes on a coffee table with a towel laid over it. Bring your own toiletries, because they only provide a 1/2 ounce container of shampoo and one tiny bar of soap. There was "something" coming...

"Walls were too thin. Very noisy. Electrical outlets by bed didn’t hold the plug."

"First time visiting Chicago. Cool retro motel walkable to a lot of Chicago things (Bean, shopping). Neighborhood is a little noisy at night but the price was right, the property clean and comfy, and the staff welcoming and helpful. Extra points for the comfy bed and the little deli next door (perfect for breakfast)."
