Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves."

"There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back."

"Check in took a very long time. Staff seemed confused and struggled with the computer. Upon check out, I realized that I left some clothes hanging in the closet in the room. I messaged the hotel. No response. I called the hotel, he took my info and said he'd call back. That was five days ago-no response. For me the mattress and pillows can make or break a hotel experience, and although this hotel was about average in most ways, the bed was truly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I...

"Very unsafe area guy at check in was sleeping on the floor the room was dirty and there was a literal cockroach in my bed and bugs everywhere very dirty"
