"Fist off the clerk attempted to charge my card a 50.00 incidental fee at the time of booking even though I book through Travelocity and I stated to him nowhere on his ad did it state there would be a fee. He did state it was a refundable after the fact and when I checked out it would be credited back to my account within 10 business days. I firmly stated he would not be charging me the fee and he eventually agreed to it. I would have went to another hotel but I had already paid for room. Breakfast was a microwaveable burrito and bottle of sunny d. The clerk was polite but I felt that the fee should be told in the booking description prior to paying for room. "

"Bottom of pool was dirty with sand. Rooms weren’t very clean and had a lot of damage to walls and trim. Shower handle was barely hanging on. "

"The staff was excellent. The room was okay. The constant temping of fellow guests and their loud chats in the hallway made it impossible to sleep, walls are thin. "

"Pet friendly somewhat, weight limitations though. Pet fee is reasonable. Things worked, no issues with keycards etc. Would stay again."
