"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recognized us daily no matter who was on duty and remembered how many people were in our group. They were helpful with directions and suggestions on dining options, calling car services, helping find stores for forgotten items. Above and beyond!"

"The check in staff were so nice. The breakfast wasn't good and I ended up throwing it away. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Very no frills hotel with a great central location. "

"The Element was a great place to stay. We booked the suite with multiple beds for 4 nights, it could sleep up to 5 if you use the sofa pull out bed. This room had a kitchen that included dishes, pots and pans microwave, stove top and refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. The parking can be confusing because it is an additional cost and it is not on site. They do offer valet parking at an additional cost. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The free breakfast is very limited but we only used it for one morning. There were several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The pool was clean and more of a lounging pool. I dont think you could get any laps down. Raymond James Stadium was 5 driving minutes up the road if interested. Would stay again."

"I booked this hotel a week after I bought tickets to the BTS concert. I requested a handicap room accommodations. I sent a 2nd email no response to either email. 1 week prior to my check in I was informed major construction was going on at the hotel so several of the amenities would not be available. Upon check in I asked again about the handicap shower and was told they were full so no way to get a handicap room. Was also told at check in because they didn’t have a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower they would provide a shower chair and it would be in the room when we returned from the concert. No chair no body knew anything about one. But they did bring a chair which worked. Over all would not book there again. "

"We had a great experience. Our room was amazing. Two queen beds a little sit in living area. Me and my daughter went there for the BTS concert. The staff was great. I would definitely stay there again."
