"Check in was easy and gentleman was very pleasant. Room was clean, large bathroom and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and room had all necessary things for a good nights rest. Large pool and hot tub available. Used the hot tub which was great after a long days drive. Better breakfast than most! Will stop again as I travel through over the next couple of weeks."

"The hotel was much nicer than I expected at this price point. The lobby has a nice fireplace and gathering area. As noted in several other reviews, the hot tub was broken. I did thoroughly enjoy the dry sauna. There was hot, scrambled eggs, and sausage, along with other standard continental breakfast fare. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. "This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. "
