"Where do I start? Staying here was the best decision I’ve had in a while. The staff was amazing. The room was amazing (I specifically got a room with a tub in the restroom). The location is walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions. The spa area has a pool, gym, sauna and massage room. I used the pool and sauna and have zero regrets. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for some comfortable quiet time."

"Hotel Pacai is truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. I come to Lithuania often to visit family, but I always make sure to spend at least one night in Vilnius just so I can stay here. Every room is unique, and I love exploring all of the beautiful spaces throughout the hotel. "Twin room was spacious, 5th floor. only down side was the view to the wall of building next door. Which was not an issue for as, but could be for someone else. Staff were very helpful and polite, breakfas lady super gentle and polite. Breakfast was very good, salmon did taste amazing, such a shame we were not that hungry, otherwise i doubt there would be any left 😊 At the bar we ordered pink gin pink tonic - very tasty a bit pricey, but it was worth it. Mind shower, ours was slippery, not sure...

"This was a great place to stay! It was near the old town and bars and restaurants. It was clean and the room was spacious. I think in particular was the wonderful staff at check in who were so helpful and sweet to us. It was also incredibly affordable considering how lovely it was both in location and everything else."

"The room was clean, but the first three on the third floor smelled like ashtray until they moved me to the fourth floor. The hotel staff was very accommodating & kept apologizing . It is not staff’s fault : the hotel is old & outdated . I never stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel in the USA that is so expensive & so dingy."
