"Nice staff and clean room"

"Nice, open/therapeutic location. Very Nice rooms and beds! Good overall breakfast offerings. Only drawback is not enough elevators for the 6 floors and number of rooms! Only 2 at opposite ends of long hallway."

"We were here for just one night for a graduation. I thought the price of the room was exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express, but beggars can't be choosy. Breakfast was the usual tasty buffet Hotel is non-smoking, but smelled the "skunk" smell (Marijuana) in 3rd floor hallway. I personally don't care that people smoke, but think of the lingering odor in the room. Inconsiderate."

When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. "Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff...

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"The location is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat at as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The ice machine not working on my floor. Zero amenities due to renovations. No vending machines. Tried to get in 1/2 hour early and it seemed to be a major problem with the manager Dana. After I begged and told her I'd be late for a wedding she miraculously found me a room. Was not customer service oriented at all!!!!!! Indoor pool dirty. Never stay there again."

Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were spacious and staff was superb! Two thumbs up!"

"For the most part the stay was fine. It was only one night. Room was generally clean, although the heater/air conditioning unit was dirty and had broken louvers. Also, the carpet was stained and should have been replaced or deep cleaned. Ice machine closest to my room was not working. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin??
