"The pool was icy cold. The shower was a just little bit warm almost cold. Foam plates are not acceptable for hot breakfast food. The door key worked after 5-8 attempts. Breakfast didn’t have any meat. The room didn’t have closet or hangers for jackets."

"Wonderful stay for the price. Kids loved the water park. It was a $5 day for those not staying at the hotel..so it was packed, but not overly crazy. This was a Thursday evening. Elevator wait time was super long, which was annoying. You stopped every floor with a full elevator so never felt like you were getting where you needed to go. Free breakfast was super nice but very little seating for the amount of people that were there on a weekday. The line to get food got ridiculous the last hour it...

"The chairs in the room are terribly uncomfortable to sit on (similar to a wooden bench). Also, they have soap and shampoo dispensers but the hotel never filled them and the TP was of the lowest quality."

They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. "Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down.
